400 ml can coconut milk
4 tablespoon granulated sugar (or sweetener of equivalent)
Optional garnish: grated chocolate, dessicated coconut, or fruit
Once chocolate is melted, open the can of coconut milk and scoop the solid coconut cream out of the top, leaving the water behind in the can.
Add sugar and coconut cream into the bowl with the melted chocolate, and stir until smooth and glossy.
Transfer into individual portions, and refrigerate until set.
Once set, take out and enjoy.
