    Crush biscuits to powder using food processor.
    In bowl, combine crushed biscuits with other ingredients and mix until combined.
    Roll teaspoon-sized amounts into balls and coat in the extra coconut.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.


    1 tin (approximately 330 ml) sweetened condensed coconut milk
    1 packet Nice Biscuits (or other vegan plain/arrowroot biscuit)
    1/2 cup desiccated coconut plus extra for rolling
    1/3 cup cocoa
    Rum or rum essence to taste (optional)

    30 balls
