Chocolate Berry Chia Pudding

    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl until it is all combined and no chunks are left.
    Pour 2 cups of almond milk (can use cashew, or even coconut milk here) into the dry mixture, mix well and then pour into mason jars.
    Top with shredded coconut and a drizzle of maple syrup.
    Pop mason jars into fridge and leave to set overnight.
    Serve and enjoy!


    4 tablespoon acai powder (optional)
    3 tablespoon cacao, or to taste
    2 tablespoons linseed/flax meal or psyllium husk (optional)
    1 scoop pranaon unflavored power plant protein, or protein powder of choice
    8 heaped tablespoon chia seeds
