    Instructions

    Cook pasta.
    Drain and mash chickpeas with a fork or potato masher.
    Tear or cut the seaweed into small pieces directly into mashed chickpeas.
    Add vegan mayo, salt and pepper to chickpeas.
    Drain and cool pasta (running cold water over pasta does this pretty quick).
    Add pasta to chickpeas and mix well.
    Best served chilled.
    Enjoy!
