Cheese and Marmite Pasty
Ingredients
20x25 cm (7x10 in) pre-made vegan puff pastry40 gram (1.4 oz) vegan cheese block
1 teaspoon olive oil
Marmite
Instructions
Unroll pastry and place the rectangle onto a sheet of baking paper (portrait orientation).
Spread a thin layer of Marmite onto the upper 2/3 of the pastry.
Grate cheese and distribute onto the Marmite.
Brush olive oil onto the lower end of the pastry.
Starting from the upper end, roll up the pastry and press lightly along the long edge to seal it. Lightly press the side edges together.
Bake at 250 C degrees (480 F) for 20 minutes.
