    Instructions

    Make porridge from the oats and add beans, nuts, bananas, cinnamon, ground seeds, dates.
    Serve and topped with mango and berries. Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    100 gram whole rolled oats
    150 gram cooked kidney beans
    Banana, to taste
    Dates, to taste
    30 gram walnuts
    20 gram ground seeds (flax, chia, sesame)
    5 gram cinnamon
    150 gram mango
    50 gram mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
    Coconut or soy yogurt, to taste
