Broccoli Salad

    Place broccoli florets in a large bowl. In a second bowl mix together mayonaise, brown sugar, and vinegar. Pour dressing mixture over broccoli, add pine nuts. Cover and place bowl inside refrigerator for at least 3 hours. When ready to serve, add raisins and soy bacon bits.

    Ingredients

    4 cups broccoli, cut into small florets
    1.5 cup egg-less mayonaise or veganaise
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/4 cup pine nuts
    handful soy bacon bits

      Alternatively, sunflower seeds can replace the pine nuts. I'm not sure about fat/calories for either of those, however.
