    Mix wheat flour, baking soda, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl.
    Whip small amounts of milk, orange juice and oil into the bowl at a time, preferably with a balloon whip.
    When you have a smooth batter without lumps, pour your waffle batter in to a hot Belgian waffle iron and cook.


    7 cup wheat flour
    2 teaspoon baking powder
    2 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
    A pinch of salt
    6 cup plant milk of choice
    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup rapeseed oil
