Banana Cocoa Shake

Cocoa powder
Oat flakes
Brown or demerara sugar
Drinking water
Optional amaranth flakes, chia seeds, nuts like hazelnut, almond, or walnut


In a blender, place 3 bananas or frozen bananas. Cover the content with water.

Add 3 tablespoon of oat.

Add 1.5 tablespoon of cocoa.

Add 1.5 tablespoon of sugar.

Add optional 3 teaspoon of amaranth, 3 teaspoon of chia, and nuts.
