Banana Bread with Nuts

    Make banana puree - you could use a food processor or just a fork.
    Add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, a tablespoon of olive oil, and as many nuts as you like.
    Add little by little buckwheat flour and mix with a wooden spoon carefully. Keep adding flour until you reach your desired consistency.
    Pre-heat oven for 5 minute, and then bake for 50 minutes at 165C


    4 ripe bananas
    2 cup buckwheat flour
    1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 cup nuts (pecan or walnut), crushed to bits
