    Instructions

    Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Blend apple and maple syrup and add margarine. Combine dry mixture with the apple mixture, and mix thoroughly. Scoop spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheet or non-stick flat pan and flatten to a 1/4-inch thickness. Bake in a preheated oven at 400F degrees for 17-20 minutes.

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup whole spelt or wheat flour
    1 1/4 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup dried coconut shreds
    1/3 cup raisins
    1/3 cup ground almonds, raw or toasted
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 tablespoon maple syrup or liquid sweetener
    2 tablespoon canola oil
    3/4 cup apple, peeled and mashed
    1/4 stick vegan margarine
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

      Something is not quite right with this recipe. The proportions of dry to wet ingredients to start with are incorrect.
      I've just made them with some adjustments, and must say this one needs some serious help to work out.
      I'll post a photo in a bit.
      Yeah, I burned them a drop too. If you are good at baking cookies, please post some tips!
