David worked in Naturopathy and Clinical Nutrition for 25 years at clinics in and around London. David's partner Aude trained as a social worker in Brittany and worked in mental health, before joining David in Portugal. He now enjoys the peaceful nature of the countryside engaging in Organic gardening and producing as much food as possible to share with Bed and Breakfast guests and those attending detox yoga retreats.
