I've been a vegetarian for about 35 years and am now mostly vegan. I don't like to talk about this because it is a personal thing for me - mine. And not up for discussion. There are so many wonderful vegan recipe sites! It's wonderful! When I started my path, there was only one substitute food to which I had access: Love Burgers. It was so exciting back then. Now there are so many options, and so many vegetarians/vegans!! So much good company. 💜
