- Do you see me? I'm very proud to be 3/4 Lebanese (The BEST family, heritage & traditions)-- Born in San Diego and raised in Tucson, Arizona. At the age of Sixteen, I moved to Bismarck, North Dakota where I lived for three years. After graduating from Century High School in 1997, I took off to Los Angeles to pursue film school. And even though my stay in North Dakota was brief, I will forever call this beautifully unique place my home for the impression it has left on my family & my life. -- But I also love living, working & playing in Los Angeles, from Westwood to Hollywood, Venice to Downtown with all the great places to go, eat, drink, laugh; sharing good times with all-walks-of-life. I have been here over 15 years-- In 1999 I enrolled in the UCLA Short Fiction Film Program, where I wrote & directed 'The Lift' (2000), one of the six selected films in the program to premiere at Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences Theater. From there, I jumped head-first in to a full-time pursuit of my ambitious goals; making films and influencing people with media & entertainment. I currently work in the diverse Los Angeles film & TV industry as a first assistant director, member of the DGA for feature films, television, commercials, web/marketing/promos & music video productions. With a strong reputation to deliver a enthusiastic filmmaking experience & collaborative process, I'm known to elevate the media projects to a high-quality production value. At The Saars Bar in Hollywood, I owned and operated a high definition online editing system used to complete one of our special projects: 'Chiyo'(2006), a beautiful film that was shot entirely in Kyoto, Japan & was honored as a semi-finalist for a Best Live Action Short Film Oscar. I've also developed a strong editing skill-set, commonly putting together promos & demo reels. As a Producer/Writer/Director, I have set-out to persistently generate projects that encourage and support an industry network of integrity, respect & powerful ideas. At my home-office-bar-vegan diner, I love providing a comfortable, hospitable & relaxed atmosphere for the creative/collaborative filmmaking endeavors... I enjoy EVERYTHING (taking in all aspects of life, this world, this great journey & discovery): Film, music, travel, art, food, family, friends, celebration, entertainment, spirituality, politics, history, technology, evolution & experiences!
