Ingredients
3 cups filtered and warmed water – Not boiling
2 cups chopped, raw (uncooked) broccoli rabe
1 cup of raw cashews
1 T raw agave syrup (or 1 tsp of raw honey)
1 large avocado
1 clove of garlic
1/2 to 1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. onion powder. (You can use raw onion, but I find it a bitter in the soup.)
1 T. cumin powder
Instructions
Blend all of the below ingredients in a high-speed blender. (I use a Vita- Mix)
Blend on high for a minute or two, until it’s warmed and creamy.

Hello JacksonPowell. I just saw your recipe. It looks delicious and this will be my launch today. I do not have an agave syrup, so I will use honey.

Your recipe sounds delicious! I'm a big fan of all cruciferous veggies!
I do not however use honey. It's not considered vegan, because bees are often killed, especially in large honey producing operations.
Even if not killed, one must ask if it's fair to steal honey from bees.
