  there are ALOT of poisonous mushrooms so unless you are able to identify different species of mushrooms I would not eat random ones you come across in your yard, especially under cow piles!!! ewwwww!!!! Go to your local grocery stores or health food stores and they should have a good selection of edible mushrooms to choose from. Or if you would like to grow your own mushrooms you can research different types of edible ones online and how to grow them and order the spores online.
