Ok so I have been vegan for over a year and a half I was hclf for a while did not work for me. I want to mabye try being mostly raw vegan for a couple of weeks and see how it go’s. I would take my B12+vitamin D supplements and eat a verity of foods try to eat a lot of salads smoothies I have a raw food recipe book I already eat guit a bit of raw food. I really like kale any ideas for how I could eat it raw? what would a day eating look like? I would track what I eat on Cronometer to make sure I am getting enough fat and calories.
