I have learned to eat smaller meals, chew my food, and eat a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, and grains. I feel good doing that. I prefer to eat breakfast and eat a late lunch. I find that I feel better and am more productive at work in a high energy stressful job, if I eat later in the afternoon. May sound strange but it works for me to get maximum energy. If I eat an early or big lunch, it's like I'm dragging anchors on a boat. I eat mostly by being in tune with my body, mind, and spirit. It's all a work in progress. And we all choose what we need to learn on Earth, for the time we have in the present moment.
