Hi, my name is Emily and I am currently looking to transition into veganism. I have tried in the past and made it a year being strictly vegan. However, I keep going back and forth with it and am having trouble sticking with it. I really want to stick with veganism but I don't know anyone who is vegan so it's difficult.

Hello Emily,
Congratulations on your amazing decision. For me, even though I knew veganism is a healthier choice, that would not have kept me vegan if I didn't have such a strong love for the animals. Once I found out about the suffering of the animals in factory farms, there was no going back for me. I had a commitment to them, and therefore I never looked back. My tastebuds is not more important than the life of an animal. All lives matter. Being vegan, you are saving the life of an animal everyday. So focus on what is more important to you and you will stick to it. Its not even hard at all, nowadays there are many, many options out there.
