• ONE STAR. Poor service

(Would rate one star but the website does a minimum of 2.) Me and my partner have been here on multiple occasions and usually, everything is fine. The food can be a little lacking, the drinks are lovely, and normally the customer service is either good or decent. Today, however, we were incredibly disappointed. We placed our order at the same time as each other, as per usual. Our drinks arrived together (my chai was poorly made but the filter coffee was fine). When the food was brought up, one of our two dishes was given to the table next to us (despite their group of four having ordered after we did). We then had to wait 15 minutes for my partner's food to arrive, by which point I had finished. I wouldn't have been so upset by this had we received an apology, but nothing was said by our server and when I brought it up, he was rude and shrugged our complaint off with an annoyed expression on his face. It was incredibly poor customer service. Stay away from here if you see either of the male servers working as we actually saw them roll their eyes as we exited. Don't go here.
