  • Great Vegan Menu, Poor Service

Specifically visited this Wagamama when they introduced the new vegan/vegetarian menu, and while the food was great, especially the new Kare Burosu the service was really poor. It was very busy and when we arrived and the queue to get in was a jumble of people with and without reservations with no organisation. We then ordered pretty quickly, and the food took forever to arrive. The meals came out at such different times that one person was finished by the time the last meal came, and the sides came a long time after the mains, and were cold when they arrived. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she was very apologetic, but the manager interrupted and basically shouted at us that they were sides and they'd come when they were ready. They did at least take the latest of the meals off the bill. Would definitely not go to Wagamama again, but not this location. Updated from previous review on 2017-11-13
