Shonda Caines makes the BEST vegan food I've ever had in Charlotte! She is super friendly, and very knowledgeable about vegan cuisine and why it's so important for everyone. Her food is very affordable, and she uses a wide variety of spices so it can please everyone (including non-vegans/vegetarians)!
