The staff is very friendly and understanding of a vegan diet. The last time I went there, one staff member told me that he was vegetarian. They will make any drink on the menu vegan for you if they can. They offer a variety of cookies from Alternative Baking Company that are delicious. They have several different types of dairy-alternative milks to choose from including coconut for folks who are allergic to nuts or soy. The place gives off a cool, relaxing vibe.
