The waitress was extremely courteous and professional. She initially asked me to clarify my dietary preferences and then took me through the menu, pausing to reassure me that she understood my requirements. She was especially specific on fish stock (not used in Miso). I ordered the Tofu meal. It is not a ‘burger’ (no bun) but a Tofu Pattie and it was delicious and filling - came with various sides. Food came in reasonable time - I’m always happy to wait as it’s a sign of fresh preparation. I would eat here again, and have no trouble recommending it.
