I don't know why this restaurant is featured in Happy Cow. The vegan/vegetarian options are non-existent. All soups/sauces/marinades contain fish. Pretty much the only thing you ca order is cold soba noodles and eat it dry without the sauce, which is as yummy as it sounds. This is as vegan as any other soba noodle restaurant in Japan ie not at all.
