• Beautiful!....

We made a visit here for breakfast on a long weekend getaway in Christchurch. It did not disappoint! It's a beautiful cafe with warm, friendly staff serving amazing food. The variety and quality of food here is the best vegan breakfast dining experience I've had. Everything we tried was delicious. We tried the Blue-Collar Breakfast & the Hash Avo Mash for our mains. Both with lovely flavors and generous portions. The home-made spicy baked beans & tasty scramble were a real highlight. The cheesy-hash was perfect! The coffee was great and I tried the Apple tart and Citrus slice for dessert. (Dessert at breakfast is allowed when on holiday!). A soft, buttery base on the tart with strong apple filling - delicious. The citrus base was perfectly tangy - I loved it too! We got 2 of the cookies & cream doughnuts to take with us and they were beautifully boxed to carry away. When I ate them several hours later they were divine! Seriously good! ~ These really are a 'must-do' if you have a sweet tooth! It's a warm, tastefully decorated cafe on a busy road with a real, cosy vibe to it. Very clean,and comfortable. Highly recommended if you get the chance to dine here.
