I had a great lunch here. It's a buffé altough you pick your plate and then way it, so you pay per 100/gram. I think it was a great way to get rid of food waste - at all you can eat buffés people tend to get a bit to excited and take to much food which then enda up getting thrown away. Also the food was fresh and tastefull, various dishes, sallads and sauces to choose from!
