- My favorite place in Kyoto!
We went here every day for lunch and absolutely loved it. The owner is a Japanese man who speaks English and Japanese. He was playing The Smiths most of the times we ate there :) He was fun to talk to and seems like he has traveled a fair amount. The menu consists of cafe-style European/American food with a Japanese flair. My favorite was the taco and my husband's favorite was the falafel. It's within walking distance of Nijo Castle if you're in the area :)
