the Establishment is an upmarket cafe located on the corner of Boundary Street and Mollison Street, West End ... I had lunch at the Establishment today and ordered smashed avocado ($14.90) from the seperate vegan menu ... both the quality and quanity of the food was very good ... the bread and the avo was fresh and was accompanied by cherry tomatoes, an oil dressing and a slice of lemon ... the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive
