- Vegan Burger Heaven
This place was my savior while I was on this carnivorous island! Paul learned his mastery of vegan cooking from an Italian vegan chef. He’s extremely hospitable and every dish is made with love. Pancit Bihon—a tad bland, but plentiful and delicious Banana burger—(made with chickpea and banana) sounds weird, but it was delicious; definitely one of my favorites Falafel Burger—good, very flavorful Mushroom Burger—ok, the mushrooms made it a bit soft Paul was very accommodating which was something most restaurants/people were lacking. One of my friends asked for gluten-free and he gladly accommodated.
