Vegan Options are NOT labelled but if you talk to the waiter you will find Pizza Ortolana (=con verdure grigliata) and spaghetti (eg Pasta Trapanese). Waiter takes not much time, many tables and people. Food tastes fine, though I had a better Pizza con verdure gigliata senza formaggio at Al Ritrovo in Piazza Armerina (really good ristorante & pizzeria, hardly tourists and lots of local people).
