- Delicious tacos and cupcakes
As an out of towner, Cafe Verde was a great find. Excellent quality at reasonable prices. I had three different kinds of tacos (they are soft tortillas): mushroom, BBQ, and "carnitas". All were served with lettuce. Would be nice to add other toppings, like tomatoes, onions, and guacamole. Still, very tasty. The cupcakes were probably the best tasting ever. Moist and sweet. the three I tried were strawberry-lemon, chocolate-orange, and maple. I could easily have inhaled 6 of them. The staff was very friendly and knowelgeable. They answered my several questions about what the taco fillings were made from: soy, jackfruit, etc. I think the decor and seating are adequate, but can be made more inviting. Cafe Verde is a great place for great food!
