Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

All places are great in their own way! I'm looking forward to visiting Portland, Oregon.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Tempeh reubens; jackfruit barbeque; braised tofu stir fry; kale smoothies; vegan baked goods; hemp, flax, and chia seeds; and pretty much any vegetable or fruit.
