• hope it’s really vegan!

I live in the area, and there’s nothing vegan out here. So I was excited to see this bagel shop at least had tofu cream cheese! The previous reviewer says it’s clearly labeled, but I haven’t found that to be true. The case shows only the dairy cream cheeses. I’ve tried the tofu cream cheeses here 3 times. Once plain, once veggie, and another time scallion. Something about them tastes “real” to me, but I’ve stressed to the employees I have an allergy and they claim it’s tofu. It tastes unlike any other tofu cream cheese I’ve tried! But I have to believe it’s truly vegan, even though my taste buds say otherwise! I suppose I would feel better if they were clearly labeled and visible from the window, but there’s no evidence that they even exist until you ask about them! Anyway, their bagels are really good, especially the everything!
