When we traveled to Ghawdex (Gozo) for a day, Green Mood was still listed as vegetarian, so I was super excited when we arrived and were told that everything was actually vegan. The place is really lovely, and they put a lot of effort into the decorations. As we were here for lunch, and I don't like to eat warm food for lunch in the summer, I was really pleased to see that they mainly offer salads and other light dishes. I went for the Green Mood bowl with brown rice and vegetables. We also had two smoothies which were really good. Green Mood seemed to be the most passionate about veganism in the country and is definitely a must when traveling to Malta.
