- Great atmosphere, decent food
I had high expectations for LOV given the social media hype. I thought the poutine and mac n cheese were very good - both among the best I've had. The mushroom risotto was just alright. If you're going in winter keep your jacket with you because they don't have an adequate coat check. I lost my jacket for a bit because their coat racks toppled over, and when they picked it up they gave my coat to someone else by accident! (Luckily I figured out the error but that could've been a nightmare). Also, it seems like they have to sort out their online booking system because it was VERY difficult to find an open time slot online, but then I showed up in person at 6pm on a Tuesday night the restaurant was practically empty.
