Based on the Yelp reviews, I decided to try Rick's while on a business trip. The food was good. The poor service and dining experience ruined my dinner. More on that... I order and pay for my food, take my ticket and sit down, no discussion of service method. I wait. "Are you #123?" I look around, there is nobody else in the restaurant waiting for their food. I dig out my receipt, yes I guess that's me. I go to pick up my tray. Another counter person asks to see my receipt, to confirm that I am really who I say I am.
