- Try a different kind of pizza
There is several places serving vegan pizza in Copenhagen, and I have yet to try them all, but so far this is (by far) my favorite. Instead of using faux meat and vegan cheese, they're making their own green vegan sauce. The kind I tried was with potatoes and truffle oil, and was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Crust was great. Will be back to try the two other vegan pizzas, when I'm on this side of town again.
