What I love about Earth is how customizable the bowl options are. They have a huge variety of vegetables, beans and other add-ins for their bowls. Though the custom bowls can get pricy if you get too carried away adding on all the goodies they have on the menu, they are well worth it and a great portion size. Earth also always has vegan desserts (cookies, chocolates, mini pies) which is a great plus.
