- The Best Cashew Cheese!
We are not into vegan cheese, the processed oily kind, but cashew cheese is a whole different story. And we made a special visit to Foodprintz just to try out their cashew cheese platter. The verdict? Amazingly good! So good that we purchased blocks of the cheese to go, and we will be coming back for more during our visit in Portugal.
