Didn't expect to be blown away- the flavors of the food at Legume is glorious. So diverse, vibrant, and genuine. This is a restaurant my wife and I will continue to come back to. We are vegans so flavor isn't usually something to find in Fredericksburg. With Legume- you feel special.
