- Nice view, great service, good food!
Visited in August 2016. Aqua Luna is located in the Andrejsala neighborhood, some few minutes by car from Riga's Center. The difference with other vegan-friendly listings in Riga is that you are on the bank of the Daugava river; thus, you get a nice view while dining (terrace seats are limited, so I'd recommend to reserve in advance). The vegan options are not extensive; but they have 5 or 6 dishes. The menu is published on their website; but for instance, you can get tomato/coconut soup, falafel, curry, sushi rolls, salads. All are labeled as vegan. Everything was delicious. It's a pity that they do not offer vegan desserts. The service is great, the staff is very polite and attentive. English is spoken; and English menu is also available. Aqua Luna offers a different dining experience to what you can get in Riga; so I'd definitely recommend it.
