Madrid representative of a chain of veg restaurants originally born in Valencia ("Copenhagen", "Malmo" and "Oslo"), it shows the same elegant sobriety in decoration, here in a two stages hall also granting a private dining room for groups up to around 20 people. The menu as well is very similar to those offered by its Valencian brothers. Not the quality, unfortunately: the food is still good, but some lack of dadication can be perceived if you know how exactely that dish should taste. Also the service is lacking some shine with respect to the Valencian restaurants of this same chain. They offer a degustation menu for groups; fairly priced, but with very few vegan options.
