More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Low environmental impact; healthy option, with tasty and nutritive food; animal friendly.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
As a frequent traveller, I often need to find a vegan restaurant in cities I am not familiar with.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I loved Iceland (complicated for vegans, anyhow), Argentina (less complicated than you might think), UK, Spain, Italy, Lithuania... I'll go to Canada, Japan, Australia... Some day, I will.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Nuts, preferably raw. A lot of raw vegetables and some fruits. Beans and cerals.
