- Vegetarian and vegan options in Trieste's "La Rambla"
I found out about this place some one late night 2 years ago after a Pearl Jam show in town, at the time they only had 3 or 4 vegetarian piadinas and salads. When I visited them again a couple days ago I was glad to see that they have added 5 vegan 8-cereal piadinas to the menu. The portions are more than large and prices are cheap, ranging from 3.50 to 6.50 euros for a piadina. The place is simple but cozy, the staff is friendly and service is quick. Sit outside, when the weather allows it, and enjoy the atmosphere of central Viale XX Settembre - Trieste's "La Rambla"!
