Bright cafe serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Generous portions; multiple vegetarian options within an extensive menu. Sweet potato/quinoa/chick pea burger was good but a bit dry/bland. Portabella quesadilla was tasty. Best part of the meal (for non-vegans, anyway) was the maple cheesecake, a house specialty. When in Vermont, maple syrup is a must! They also have beers on tap and a craft soda selection. Wait staff was friendly and offered tourist advice. Overall, a nice dining experience. When planning your visit, keep in mind that the restaurant does close briefly between serving hours.
