Holland and Barrett normally is pretty standard, but this store is really badly run. They tend to run out of things. The fridge / freezer is tiny and has been broken for months so not able to find vegan cheese in Carlisle - except supermarket brands. Staff don't seem the last concerned about the fridge / freezer and had no idea when it would be fixed - trying again a few weeks later or was still broken. Seems to sell wrote a bit of convenience food. Keswick store is much better.
