- I could say best vegan restaurant I have ever tried.
I am really impressed with this place. I am a particular fussy customer and I was very please with the whole experience. Nice modern decoration, not intrusive but helpful waitress, clean environment, well lighted and plenty of natural light and clean toilets. The food was a really good experience. From the starters you can tell that there is a professionally trained chef behind all this. The presentation was simple and beautiful. The flavours based on good product and unpretentious dishes. Desserts to die for. I could go on and on about this place!!! This is actually the only real vegan option in the whole county of Cantabria. Totally recommended.
