- Vegan Breakfast Top Notch
On the Eighth Day is an institution in Manchester located on Oxford Road, with a fabulous vegetarian shop on the first floor selling hundreds of products and a vegetarian and vegan cafe below the shop. I had avocado on toast with mushrooms and tomatoes, although you can add tofu or sausages to the breakfast if you wish. My husband had a full vegan gluten free breakfast, both dishes were delicious, just check out my photos. I love 8th Day, both the cafe and shop, loads of options, with a huge display of vegan cakes in the chiller cabinet in the cafe and every kind of product sold in the shop.
