Entering PBE you get the sense your stepping into a very swanky restaurant - it's in a strip mall but the location is Greenville one of the most affluent towns in the state. You enter into a lovely rustic Italian setting - with cafe like seating, a lovely water fixture dripping a soothing soundtrack. The interior is just as lovely - expansive hardwood floors, lovely custom designed bar in the center. Yet the only thing on the menu is pizza and salads? Yes. But they are truly exceptional. For fellow vegans, the pizza part is easy - they offer two vegan cheese options and an exceptional selection of fresh veg options. Nearly every salad has cheese but they will gladly make it vegan. They also have a separate very efficient take out that I've used before.
